Exchange / Return Policy

At Kalhaara, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products. While we DO NOT accept returns, we provide exception to this under specific conditions. Please review the following guidelines:

  • Return Eligibility: Returns are applicable only within 2 days from the date of receiving your order. Returns are accepted only if the product is defective. Defective products include items with manufacturing defects or damages incurred during shipping. NOTE: Any irregularities in the weave of our sarees are considered a unique feature and contribute to the beauty and authenticity of the product. Such irregularities are not considered defects.

  • Product Condition: Products must be unworn and have all tags intact. We retain the right to reject products that are used or damaged by the customer.
  • Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return/exchange costs. We encourage you to refer to our size guide before confirming your order or reach out to us for assistance.

  • Loss Responsibility: Kalhaara is not liable for lost products sent by customers, especially if the outer packaging is damaged or the seal is broken.

  • Product Availability: Exchange of same product is subject to product availability. Please check availability before requesting an exchange.

  • Initiating Refund: To initiate a return for a defective product, please contact our customer care team at care@kalhaara.com within the 2-day return window. In your email, provide your order number, a detailed description of the defect, and attach clear photographs of the defective product.

  • Return Approval Process: Our customer care team will review your return request and notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective product.

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for shipping the defective product back to us. Please use a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe return of the product.

  • Custom Orders: Customized orders cannot be canceled or exchanged unless they are faulty or not as requested.

  • Clearance Products: Clearance items are not eligible for exchange or return.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement. After this timeframe, we may have already initiated the processing of your order, and cancellation may not be possible.
  • How to Request a Cancellation: To initiate a cancellation, please send an email to care@kalhaara.com with your order details, including the order number and the reason for cancellation. Our customer care team will assist you promptly.
  • Refund Process for Cancellations: If your cancellation request is received within the 24-hour window and the order has not been processed, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method. For cancellations requested after the 24-hour window or after processing has started, we will not be able to offer a refund.
  • Custom and Bespoke Orders: Customized or bespoke orders, which are specially tailored to your preferences, cannot be canceled once production has commenced.
  • Clearance Items: Clearance items are not eligible for cancellation.

We strive to process cancellations as quickly as possible to accommodate your needs. However, please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may refer to our return and exchange policy for further assistance.
